  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping within Pakistan. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service used:

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within Pakistan.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

  • If your shipment is lost, contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
